Our IT service desk provides an entry point for handling all aspects of customer contact with IT Services. Calls can be placed by telephone, email, self service or via a personal visit to our Drop-In Centre.
For customers with annual maintenance contracts, our service desk software (designed and written in house) provides on going reports - such as monthly summaries detailing recent support activities.
